This piece is all about color, brightness, & boldness with a muted black background that has been texturized & layered with neon colors drug across the canvas with a pallet knife in serpentine type fashion accompanied by little notes of whimsically placed white shapes of hullabaloo, simply because it pleased me to disrupt the consistency of darkness to neon bright with a crisp white color tone
